Really enjoyed this program. It's sneaky challenging which is probably what I enjoyed the most. There were quite a few workouts where I looked at it and thought it was going to be a breeze. WRONG. Was able to set some new PRs which felt great. The humor keeps things light hearted. Stashing this one away to do again later this year.
