I like the way it is set up, and I am using it to get back into lifting, and then will be moving on to Country Strong! I love the way the humor is included, and the workouts are challenging, and able to make the changes and adjustments I need.
I printed a plethora of these training plans for my guys for Christmas and placed in 3 ring binders. The color prints well. I printed on yellow paper and the design shows up very handsome.
Really easy to follow and understand for someone new to working out and try to build a routine and strength.
