Perfect workout after finishing deadcember
Excellent workout for those who only have minimal equipment. I happened to be in the middle of this one when my gym was forced to close and was easily able to pick up where I left off at home. Put 25lbs on my DL, 45lbs on my squat and still have the old poverty bench - maybe its time for Bench mode?
