Really enjoyed this program from Dan the man. It had a great balance between bodyweight work/calistetics and heavy lifting. I also enjoyed all the recovery advice. Put 20lbs on my DL and my dad bod!
Easy to purchase and download. Workouts are programmed to keep you challenged and having fun. Even had my son jump in a couple times. Ready for Prison Yard!

I enjoyed every workout from this program. The workouts were challenging but very doable. I found myself excited every evening to get after it in the next morning. Looking forward to doing more of Daniel's programs.
