Want some help with your throws? Want me to look over some video for you? Need some help on your poses for bodybuilding? (Actually, I don't do that … I mean, I could, but you probably wouldn't like it). 

Send me one video for reivew and I'll do a voiceover and instructive response. Based on the need, this video will either using the "Coaches Eye App," or a video of me talking to the camera and demonstrating what I'm trying to say (WORDS IS HARD! Haha).

Dan does it again

I couldn't be more pleased with the video that I received from Dan. I signed up for a video review hoping to get a few simple coaching cues for my braemar that I could immediately implement to see some results. I was comfortable in my braemar but knew I was leaving distance on the table due to less-than-ideal form. Dan delivered.

The video reply that I received included three or four coaching cues that I was able to step outside and practice with immediately. He took the time to not only lay out the queue, but also explain a little bit of the why and how implementing the queue would work. It's too early for me to have specific numbers that demonstrate effectiveness, but after getting a few throws in I can confidently say that after getting some reps I'm going to see big dividends from Dan's advice.
