If you simply care about getting strength and athleticism this is a great program for it. The program is also founded on the essential truth for life, the Word. The shirt is soft and amazing, the stickers look sweet on my water bottle and my throwing box but the books I’m sure I’m learning better ways to get stronger and throw farther! Good stuff!

Im sure Dan spent decades tweaking his training methods for optimal results. And its made available to us in a broken down and concise format. Decades of trial and error not required!
