Whether its losing weight, bulking up or just staying healthy, I can help you reach any fitness goal!  Take a look at the two current options to see what's best for you; and please,
contact me if you have any questions -- I'd be happy to answer them!

Individual Training Sessions
The first way is to provide individual, one-on-one hourly sessions. I work with the client to first establish his/her goals and desired outcomes. From there, I prepare an invidualized workout based on those goals. It's typically a 10 week cycle with modes of measurement and trend evaluations. Based on what he/she wants, I provide a two, three, four, or five-day workout with specific dietary and nutrititional guidelines and input. I then help the client pursue these goals through supervised workouts. The client is charged on a hourly rate, typically negogiated at the genesis of the initial meeting.

Instant Access Training
The next way I help people is through an in-direct, or facilitator type, role. Again, I start the client out with a survey that tells me more about them and their specific goals and anticipated outcomes. From there, I establish an indivualized workout based on their goals.

Again, this can be a two, three, four, or five-day workout, complete with a nutritional packet and workout information. From there, the client is ready to go! What this service provides though, is that while I am not on-site for every workout, the client has complete instant access to me.

The client can call, e-mail, text, facebook, tweet, or even carrier pigeon a question or comment to me at any time. I then can promptly answer the question and hopefully help the client in any situation. This service works great for busy business people and travelers. The client can ask any question ... such as: "My ankle is bothering me today, what can I do instead of running on it?"; "I'm traveling today and only have two hours free. There's no gym nearby and there's no equipment at the hotel ... what should I do?!"; "I'm going out to eat with potential clients today. I don't want to ruin my eating habits. Which has more calories and/or is worse for me? Famous Dave's rib tips or the Taco Salad but with a dessert?".

This service also allows the client to pay one, flat monthly rate (the client is not charged per contact or call). I want to be a part of the client's pursuit, so the more contact and updates from them, the better! I will also check on the client periodically if I haven't heard anything for a while. This service allows the client to have me on-call to seek advice, encouragement, challenge, information, guidance or simply to be a listening ear about anything.
